Return Policy

If you need to make a supplement return, kindly call Pure Scientific at 877-788-6337.

• For a full refund* (less shipping charges & 15% restocking fee), the product must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days.
• If there is any sign that the product has been opened or any sign of usage, the return will not be accepted for a refund.
• Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
• Original shipping or return shipping is not included in the refund.
• Items received beyond the eligibility date of 30 days will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
• Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service directly to set this up by calling 877-788-6337.
• Rejected returns are only held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
• Returns valued at $500 and over will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
