For stress/high tension, a hectic lifestyle, or a racing mind that just won’t allow for sufficient rest, try 1 EleMental HT™ in the morning.  For best results, take EleMental HT™ on a day when the response can be evaluated. 

ATHLETES:  Take 1 EleMental HT™ in the evening to help your body & mind recover from intensive training & prepare for rest.

DAY TIME STRESS:  For greater tension in the morning, take 1 EleMental HT™ in the early morning.  If stress occurs in the afternoon, take 1 EleMental HT™ at lunchtime.
