Shipping within the Continental US

To ensure that orders can be tracked, Pure Scientific ships all orders via UPS. For your convenience, we automatically generate a status report that UPS emails directly to you, confirming your order's estimated date of delivery and tracking number.  All wholesale orders are shipped at a flat rate of $8.95.

Pure Scientific emails an order confirmation after you place your online order. This gives you an additional opportunity to review all billing and shipping information for accuracy. If information provided by the customer prevents proper delivery of the order to the customer (including but not limited to incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling charges arising from the package redirect.

Please provide a short explanation for your return and after obtaining the Return Authorization Number, return the unopened bottles in saleable, restockable condition (within 30 days of purchase) for a refund of the product cost less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Credit will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase.
